Cancellation Policy

Our salon has a strict cancellation policy to ensure that our stylists' time is respected and our clients receive the best service possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, we will charge you 50% of the cost of the service. If you fail to show up for your appointment without any notice, we will charge you the full (100%) cost of the service.

We understand that emergencies happen, so we may make exceptions in certain circumstances. However,

we ask that you communicate with us as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining our salon's high standards. Thank you for choosing Dare to Stare for your haircare needs.

Delayed Arrivals

In the event, you will be late to your appointment, please call the Salon at (817) 807-1940.

If you are 10-15 minutes late, this may result in an omission or a simplified version of the service (I.E., blow dry, haircut, etc.).

If you arrive more than 20 minutes after your appointment start time, this will be considered a no-show and will result in a 100% charge of the service cost to your card on file.
